Dr Daniel was absolutely amazing! I brought my ferret Luna in that had early signs of adrenal disease and she was very kind and helpful in educating me a little more about her treatment and the disease. This place is very honest and affordable. Only charged for the treatment needed and didn’t try to add on unnecessary services. I would rather drive the 30 minutes for this kind of care

Sadly, I had to take my pet rat, Cookies, to cross the rainbow bridge today. Animal Ark of Brassfield provided us with such a caring, dignified experience. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were so kind, knowledgable, and compassionate towards my situation. When we arrived, they showed us to a comfort room, with couches, tissues and a nature view. I was able to hold my baby during the whole procedure and be by his side as he passed. Dr. Paul was sensitive to the situation, caring, understanding and provided us with a peaceful passing. When the procedure was over, I was given some time to be alone with my baby. Animal Ark provided me with a small burial box, let me pay from the room and walk out a side door so I didn’t have to walk through the lobby upset. I cannot thank the staff here enough for making such hard circumstances as smooth and dignified as possible. Taking your pets here will ensure they are treated with respect, kindness and love. Know they are in good hands here. Thank you again to the amazing staff at this location. ❤️

We had the most wonderful visit here as a new patient. From the moment we walked in the people at reception were warm, understanding, and empathetic. Our vet tech, Emily, was very nice and helpful. We saw Dr. Daniel and she was great too!!! Can’t say enough positive things about our fantastic experience! Thank you to everyone who works there and truly cares.

Wow. Dr. Daniel is amazing. I took my 13 year old chinchilla to FOUR previous "exotic" vets due to her rapid decline in health for them all to just dismiss me saying shes just old. Dr. Daniel showed such compassion and knowledge on exotics that she was able to diagnose and help my fur baby. Very clean facility. Signed up all of my pets for Dr. Daniel's care. Well worth the long drive if you are further away. Definitely earned my future business and trust.

I had a sick kitty over Memorial Weekend and this office went above and beyond to squeeze me in and get my girl seen. It absolutely felt like they cared as much about my baby as I do and that means the world to me. I live 40 minutes away, but I am absolutely willing to take all my babies to THIS office. When you find a phenomenal vet office that cares the way this office does, you stick with it. They gained a loyal customer in me!!!

Our Rosie had been seen by Animal Ark/All Creatures for the last several years. Last Friday we woke up to notice something was very off with her and immediately called All Creatures, they told us to head that way with her. She was seen immediately and had a diagnosis within just a few moments, we lost our sweet girl of 13 years a couple of hours later due to ruptured tumors. The staff were so kind and loving with Rosie and treated us as if we were family. They allowed us to wait for all of the children and granddaughter to arrive and for my husband to drive over an hour home. After all was done we decided to have her cremated, we received her remains in a beautiful box with her paw print on the cutest canvas…That was on day 6 and today, one week to the day since her passing (today) we received a very sweet card with everyone’s signature, Rosie’s snout on an ornament, paw print and 3 extra prints. I would highly recommend All Creatures and if we ever decide to have another pet will be bringing them to All Creatures! Thank you All Creatures🥰
